Test Description
Oil Sample Quantity: 100 ml.
Oil Sampling Location/Point
- Follow OEMs recommended sampling location / point
- In the absence of OEMs guidelines , recommended below for general guidance for sampling point /location
Possible location/point will be
- At dipstick of engine - using fluid vacuum pump and plastic tube

- Dedicated sampling valve installed upstream of the filter on the return line or
- Dedicated sampling valve tap fitted to oil feed pipes or oil passages (upstream of the filter)
